| Vision Statement We, the Central Arkansas Swim Club Racers, are committed to teaching the “3 D’s” – DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE, & DETERMINATION in life and swimming in a family centered atmosphere. Mission Statement The CASC Racers is a competitive swimming program with the purpose and commitment to: • Improve the sport of swimming within the State of Arkansas • Become a nationally recognized swim program • Provide swimmers with the highest quality coaching • Motivate swimmers to realize and obtain their goals • Develop swimmers positive self-esteem, sportsmanship, character and ability to deal with success and failure • Provide swimmers the opportunities to grow and succeed to their highest level • Recognize each individual and value his or her role in the success of our organization • Create a fun and positive atmosphere in a competitive environment Values Coaches will model the “3 D’s”- , DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE, & DETERMINATION so swimmers will be able to follow and learn to reach their maximum potential in swimming, education and life. Racers Tradition of Excellence The Central Arkansas Swim Club, Inc. (formerly, The North Little Rock Sharks Swim Club, Inc.) is very proud of its swimmers` accomplishments since the club was founded in 2006. From competing at the state and regional level to setting age group records, the Racers swimmers have enjoyed success at every level in competitive swimming and in life. Furthermore, our sport has the highest grade point average of any other sport in our community. The Racers tradition of excellence serves as a foundation upon which to build even greater success in the future. Improvements have been noted every year and we look forward to seeing our swimmers continue their dominance at the local level and further their achievements at the regional, national. |
| Sponsorships and Fundraising The Racers is owned and operated by Central Arkansas Swim Club, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization serving the Central Arkansas area since 2006. Racers swimmers have represented our area both locally and at the State level and have had numerous sectional and state record holders. Additionally, we have the highest grade point average of any other sport in our community. At each level of the Racers program, swimmers are instructed to strive for excellence. We encourage our swimmers to be the best they can be not only in swimming but in every area of their lives. CASC Racers are currently seeking corporate sponsors, from businesses that serve our community. Levels of Sponsorship: Exclusive Sponsorship ($1000) Business name & logo displayed on a banner at the Swim Center and at the away meets for one year, business name and logo displayed on our website- www.cascracers.com for 1 year, business logo on all meet t-shirts, and/or sweat shirts for one year as well as a full page ad in each swim meet program for 1 full year. Silver Sponsorship($750) Business name and logo displayed on a banner at the Swim Center and at the away meets for 1 year, business name and logo displayed on our website- www.cascracers.com for 1 year, business logo on all meet t-shirts and Sweat T-shirt as well as a full page ad in each swim meet program for 1 full year. Bronze Sponsor. ($300) Business name and logo displayed on a banner at the Swim Center and at the away meets for 1 year, business name and logo displayed on our website- www.cascracers.com for 1 year, business logo on all meet t-shirts for one year, as well as a full page ad in each swim meet program for 1 full year. Towel Sponsor. ($1000) Swim Cap Sponsor. ($1000) Swim Bag sponsor. ($1000) T-shirt only Sponsorship - $100.00 Sweat T-shirt only Sponsorship - $100.00 The proceeds will go toward the Racers age group and senior group programs, technique camps, scholarships, and toward equipment purchases for the team. The Central Arkansas Swim Club provides a venue for student athletes to develop skills and become an asset to their community and society.
